Responsibilities:

Lead program definition, planning, and execution of assigned Program(s)/Hill(s), which are made up of multiple projects, ensuring critical success factors are defined and monitored and the business objectives are achieved. This includes:
Defining scope of work and determining program plan and the deliverables required for the Hill program success.
Developing and managing an integrated program schedule and monitoring and reporting on progress (actual vs. forecast) via the Global Program and Project Reporting process.
Defining and mobilizing critical program resources.
Managing and monitoring program risks and issues.
Managing budgets and producing monthly Budget vs. actual reports.
Implementing company's Program and Project policies and procedures.
Identifying dependencies and interdependencies between Program(s)/Hill(s).
Acting as point of contact of escalation.
Proactively managing health status of Program(s)/Hill(s) to anticipate risks and/or issues and proactively formalizing mitigation plans in place.
Presenting Program(s)/Hill(s) status on a regularly basis to senior executives.

Champion project submissions for approval, provide end-to-end accountability for the program(s) and the realization of the program benefits to the budget-holding Executive Sponsor. Actively participate in required Governance Boards providing approval, prioritization, progression recommendations and overview of program delivery.

Determine the resource requirements for the Program(s)/Hill(s) and assemble cross-functional program teams using a matrix management approach. Plan and supervise the work of the program team to ensure effective communication and coordination between all teams and team members. Manage the program's resource utilization and resource forecasts and resolve resourcing issues and risks.

Work closely with key senior Stakeholders to negotiate day to day resolutions/issues and decisioning to ensure that the Program(s)/Hill(s) meets the defined business needs and objectives. Communicate regularly with and manage the expectations of all Program Stakeholders ensuring they are aligned and understand their responsibilities, and that required signoff have been obtained.

5.Identify dependencies and inter-dependencies between Programs/Hills and coordinate between all teams involved in the project to successfully scope, size and drive implementation of identified transformation and growth opportunities.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 10-15 years' experience as a Senior Program Manager on large business transformation Projects and Program(s). This includes demonstrable experience in:
Leading multiple concurrent and interdependent projects, for a sustained period, to achieve a successful and measurable outcome.
Leading and managing cross matrix; multi-functional; and global teams.
Ability to govern Program(s)/Hill(s) and successfully meet goals with tight deadlines/budgets and minimal supervision. Candidate must use one's own initiative to provide robust and timely solutions.
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with heavy experience working at an executive level and coordinating other senior level multifunctional global stakeholders to achieve an outcome.
Strong presentation and communication skills including ability to effectively communicate ideas in both written and spoken form to executive staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience.
Strong consulting, facilitation and planning skills including ability to workshop and translate strategy into actionable and resourced plans.
Significant line management experience including recruiting, developing, performance management (including offshore teams where required), as well as cohesively managing global teams.
Strong leadership presence with influential skills when negotiating day to day resolutions/issues and decisioning with key senior stakeholders.
Bachelor Degree required, MBA preferred.
Accreditation in a formal Program Management and/or Project Management and/or the Change Management methodology, and experience with project planning tools SharePoint, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server preferred.
Client needs strong relationship builders with excellent executive presence, as they will be interfacing with the C-suite on a regular basis. Candidates should have experience (and be able to articulate) how to establish the framework of a program
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
