In this role, you will learn and rotate through all bread production tasks including:
scaling, dividing, pre-shaping, shaping, and finishing products.
Depending on your experience, you will also be trained as a mixer or baker.
This is an early-morning shift, starting between 4-5 am.
The salary range listed is commensurate with your past experience as a baker, specifically working with scratch, artisan baking.

Responsibilities Scale recipes for large-batch production Shape breads, buns, sticks and topped doughs Bake various products using either the Deck or Rack oven Follow opening and closing cleaning check-lists Maintain overall cleanliness of the bakery and compliance with all health department regulations Work collaboratively as part of a team of bread bakers, pastry cooks, kitchen prep cooks Ensure quality standards and overall product consistency Requirements At least 1 year bread baking experience; culinary degree preferred Highly motivated, organized, mature, and team-oriented.
